What is VUI Design Studio?

It is a tool used by Voice Interface Designers (VUI Designers) to create detailed design specification for Voice Interfaces.

How does this product help VUI designers?

It saves VUI designers hundreds of hours per year. And, time saved is money saved as well. It also makes their job of creating, maintaining and sharing the design specifications easier.

Which operating systems are supported by VUI Design Studio?

We support VUI Design Studio on Windows 7 and 10. If you need support for other operating systems please send us an email.

Does VUI Design Studio save data to the cloud?

VUI Design Studio is a desktop product and does not save any information to the cloud. All information is saved locally on your desktop.

Licensing

Is your software subscription based?

No. You will be buying a permanent license. We provide free support and maintenance the first year after purchase. After the first year, you need to buy annual support and maintenance.

What are the different types of licenses you offer?

We offer two types of licenses - Individual and Enterprise. Individual license is for individual designers, freelancers or one person companies. Any business or company that has 2 or more employees will need enterprise license.

When will I receive the license key?

After the successful receipt and processing of your payment, we will request you for the information of the machine on which you will be installing the software. Once we receive the info, we will generate a license and send it to you.

I have replaced my computer. How do I transfer my license to the new computer?

To transfer the license to the the new computer please send us the following information. We will send you a new license.

  1. log.zip file: To generate log.zip file, while in VUI design studio, click on Help > Report A Bug and then click on “the link”. This will open the location of the file in windows explorer.
  2.  Output of running ipconfig /all  command: Press Windows+R to open “Run” box. Type “cmd” and then click “OK” to open Command Prompt. Then type "ipconfig /all" and hit enter.

Support

My support period has expired. How do I renew it?

You can renew it by paying for the support back to the day when support expired.
